Shipping policy

 

  • General Information-All orders are subject to product availability.  If an item is not in stock, we will notify you via email or text.  
  • Delivery Location- Any shipments outside the U.S are not available at this time.
  • Delivery Time-Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of purchase.  Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order, unless there are exceptional circumstances.  Please allow orders 1-2 business days to be inspected and reviewed.  For shipping, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-2 business days of the date of your purchase. Please allow 3-5 for delivery, and we ship out orders from Monday-Saturday, except holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, delivery methods, and the number of items ordered.  Larger orders may also be delivered in separate shipments.  Allow up to 1-3 business days for shipping and tracking confirmation sent via email. 
  • Delivery Instructions-Remember to list your apartment number during checkout.  
  • Shipping Costs- Shipping & handling costs are $5.99-up. 
  • Damaged Items in Transport-Once packages are received by carrier, we are no longer responsible for any damages.  If there is any damage to your package on delivery, the carrier is responsible so please contact them.  If there are damages to your products, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the item.
